AlphaTrust PRONTO™ Desktop is a s oftware application for Microsoft Windows® based computers that lets you electronically sign any document or file with full security and compliance with legal requirements. All desktop files are supported (such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat® and text files). You will able to sign and e-mail those documents to others for their signature and/or verification of your signature. Signatures are fully visible when printed (either embedded within the document, or via a secure signature page - depending on the document format) and the documents are protected with a digital seal that can detect if a document has been changed since signing. Document encryption for privacy is optional.

PRONTO™ Engine ERSS is a version of our PRONTO™ Server ERSS software tailored for the needs of commercial software developers, OEMs and application service providers (ASPs). PRONTO™ Engine ERSS is ideal in situations where you need to add legally-compliant electronic signature capability to your commercial software application or online service. PRONTO™ Engine ERSS can be integrated into any application that can make use of Microsoft COM application programming interfaces (C++, Visual Basic, ASP, Scripting, Windows .NET, etc.) or XML over HTTP interfaces. PRONTO™ Engine software runs on Windows 2000 or later platforms, but may be integrated with virtually any application running on any platform using the XML interface.

AlphaTrust now offers the power of our best-in-class PRONTO™ Server Electronic Records and Signature System (ERSS) as a hosted service. With the PRONTO™ Online Signature Service there is no software to buy or maintain. AlphaTrust will host your forms or documents on our servers. This solution is ideal for processing less than 500 forms or documents per month or for those customers who do not wish to install and maintain their own software for this purpose.

Your Web site look and feel are maintained while your signers use the Online Signature Service site. All signers will received a copy of the document they signed via email (if desired). You will receive a copy of the signed document via email as well as have the ability to retrieve and check the document via the Web. Flexibility - the service can be configured to meet your work requirements.

PRONTO™ Server combines the power of digital signature technology and requirements specified by electronic signature and record legislation with an easy, simple user experience. No end-user software is required other than a Web browser and an Adobe Acrobat® PDF reader (only if using Adobe® PDF documents).
